Sarah Bertrand serves as the Assistant Director of Philanthropy at Houston Grand Opera since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Philanthropy Officer at Eastman School of Music from October 2019 to August 2022, and an Administrative Assistant during the same timeframe. Sarah also contributed as a Cantor at Our Lady of Victory/St. Joseph Catholic Church and interned in Development and Community Engagement at Pittsburgh Opera. Prior positions include Professional Coordinator for Federico Sacchi - Bass, Administrative Coordinator for Si Parla, Si Canta!, and Paraprofessional Behavioral Technician at Proud Moments ABA. Sarah's education includes a Master of Arts in Music Leadership and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance and Literature from Eastman School of Music, along with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Southeastern Louisiana University.
