Allison Hay

Allison Hardgrave-Hay has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As Chief Executive Officer at Houston Habitat for Humanity since July 2013, Hardgrave-Hay has driven initiatives in housing and community support. Previously, Hardgrave-Hay served as Executive Director of Houston Aphasia Recovery Center from June 2012 to July 2013. Prior roles at Presbyterian School included Director of Development, Director of Advancement and Admission, and Director of Admission, spanning from September 1998 to May 2012. Earlier in the career, Hardgrave-Hay was a Store Manager at Marshall Field's from December 1990 to December 1997. Hardgrave-Hay holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston.
