Samuel H. Simon

Samuel H. Simon is a partner at Houston Harbaugh, where, since 2001, Samuel H. has led the Litigation Group, specializing in commercial and business litigation, construction and environmental litigation, and creditors' rights. Simon also oversees the Design Professional Liability Practice, representing architects and engineers. Previously, from 1997 to 2001, Simon was an attorney at Isaac, Brant, Ledman & Teetor, defending environmental remediation companies and Ohio Deputy Sheriffs in civil rights cases. Simon began a legal career as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio from 1993 to 1997, representing various government agencies. Simon earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
