Camry Hess

Camry Hess, MPH, is a skilled Biostatistician and Epidemiologist currently working at the Houston Health Department since June 2020. Prior to this role, Camry served as a Data Analyst on the Trauma Registry team at the Indiana State Department of Health from January 2014 to June 2020, where data from EMS and trauma departments was analyzed to improve health outcomes. Earlier experiences include contributions as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Health Policy, a Math Tutor with America Reads America Counts, and a Direct Support Professional at ADEC. Additional work includes environmental assessments as an Electrofisher for the Elkhart Public Works and Utilities Department and research assistance in marine biology at Goshen College's laboratory station in the Florida Keys. Camry holds a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics from both IUPUI and the Indiana University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Environmental Science from Goshen College.
