Kathryn Walters

Kathryn Walters is an experienced RN Case Manager with a proven track record in hospice care, currently working at Houston Hospice since May 2017. Previously, Kathryn held similar roles at Alamo Hospice and Embracing Hospice, providing compassionate care and comprehensive assessments to end-of-life patients and their families while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams for medication and symptom management.
