Donnie Horton

Donnie Horton has extensive experience in safety coordination within the pipeline construction field. Currently serving as a Safety Inspector at Houston Inspection Field Services since October 2015, Donnie oversees the adherence to safety standards during construction activities. Prior roles include Safety Coordinator at Pumpco, Inc. and Holloman Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed daily safety coordination, permit management, and compliance oversight. Additionally, experience at Holloman Corp and H&S Constructors involved materials management and field office management, contributing to operational efficiency. Donnie holds a Texas EMTB Certification from TSTC Brownwood and a high school diploma from Rising Star ISD.
