Cicely Williams

Cicely Williams is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Immediate Past President of the Houston Association of School Administrators, having previously held the positions of President and President Elect. Since January 2006, Cicely has been a School Principal at Houston ISD, providing support to students in various settings, including homebound and hospital environments. Previously, Cicely has held various roles within the district, including Assistant Principal, Instructional Specialist in ELA, ELL, and SPED, and Special Education Teacher, among others. Cicely holds a Superintendent Certification in Executive Leadership, a Principal Certification in Educational Leadership, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Houston-Downtown. An advocate for students with disabilities, Cicely has consistently worked to improve educational programming and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines throughout a diverse career in education.
