Larry Short

Larry Short is an experienced Program Manager with a robust background in project management within both the public and private sectors. Currently overseeing a $1,600,000 Centralized Wireless project at Houston Independent School District, Larry has also successfully managed a $90,000,000 IT transformation project during tenure at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD. Prior experience includes leadership roles at iSphere, EPMA, and Microsoft, where responsibilities spanned corporate program management, business development, and contract negotiation. Larry holds a BA in Public Relations from the University of Washington and an MA in Computer Science from the City University of Seattle.
