Rafael Barreto Raymond

Rafael Barreto Raymond is an experienced financial and accounting professional, currently serving as Coordinator 2 in Finance & Accounting at Houston ISD since September 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing school budgets and providing technical support for budgetary and financial management. Previous roles within Houston ISD include Coordinator 1 and Wraparound Manager, focusing on financial operations and community resource coordination.
