Christie Barreda

Christie Barreda, MSN, RN, CPHQ, HACP, currently serves as the Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Houston Methodist since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Quality for the Houston North Market at St. Luke's Health, and Director of Quality and Patient Safety at both HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood and HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. Additionally, Christie held the position of Director of Quality Management at Cornerstone Healthcare Group for a decade. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Registered Nurse qualification from Lone Star College.
