Mouaz Al-Mallah, MD MSc FACC, has extensive experience in the field of cardiology, currently serving as a Professor of Cardiology at the Houston Methodist Academic Institute and a Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. Al-Mallah has held leadership roles such as Past President and Board Member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. As the Director of Cardiovascular PET at Houston Methodist and an Associate Professor of Medicine at Wayne State University, Al-Mallah has significantly contributed to cardiac imaging and research. Previous positions include Head of Cardiac Imaging at National Guard Health Affairs and Associate Professor of Medicine at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. Al-Mallah received advanced training with a Master's in Clinical Research and Biostatistics from the University of Michigan and completed a Cardiac Imaging Fellowship at Harvard University, following the attainment of a Doctor of Medicine degree from the American University of Beirut.
