Tamara Jolivette-Smith

Tamara Jolivette-Smith, MBA LSSGB, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Houston Methodist since March 2016, following a tenure as Human Resources Manager at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic from March 2014 to March 2016. During previous roles as a Human Resources Professional at Houston Airport System and as a Human Resources Supervisor at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Tamara contributed to strategic HR initiatives and operational effectiveness. Tamara holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Our Lady of the Lake University and an Executive MBA from Texas Woman's University.
