William “Wes” Waldo

William “Wes” Waldo currently serves as the Houston Methodist Regional Director for Performance Excellence, a position held since May 2020. Prior to this role, Waldo was the President of Lean Methods Group from January 2017 to May 2020 and held various leadership positions at BMGI from August 2005 to May 2020, including COO and President of the Americas. Other notable roles include Managing Director for North American Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of the Manufacturing Practice. Waldo started his career at Gillette (Duracell) and Ralston Purina, where William “Wes” held multiple engineering and management roles. Educational credentials include a BS in Chemistry from Appalachian State University, a Certified Lean Manager from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, and a Certified Quality Engineer designation from the American Society for Quality.
