Houston Museum of Natural Science
Russell Hinote has extensive experience in science education and biostratigraphy, with a specialization in Cretaceous/Jurassic biostratigraphy. Russell has worked as an educator at Fort Bend ISD and a biostratigrapher at Ellington Geological Services. Currently, Russell serves as an Outreach Volunteer and Master Docent at the Houston Museum of Natural Science, focusing on the Scout Education Program. Hinote also held roles in exploration management and biostratigraphy at AMOCO PRODUCTION CO. Russell holds a MA in Geoscience from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Biology/Geology from Trinity University.
