Ben Bolling

Defensive Assistant at Houston Texans

Ben Bolling is a former wide receiver who is currently serving as a defensive assistant for the Houston Texans. Prior to their current role, Bolling spent five years at Campbell University, first as an intern strength and conditioning coach before being promoted to wide receivers coach and recruiting coordinator. In their time at Campbell, Bolling was responsible for recruiting in North Florida, DC, and North Carolina. Ben also spent a brief stint as an intern performance coach at Will Bradley Sports Performance. As a player, Bolling spent four years at Campbell University, where they were a member of the football team.

Ben Bolling's educational career includes completing a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Campbell University. Ben also has a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Campbell University School of Education. In addition, they are certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a CSCS and by the American Sports and Education Program as an American Sports and Education Coaching Certification.

Ben Bolling reports to Lovie Smith, Head Coach. Ben Bolling works with Hal Hunter - Assistant Offensive Line Coach, Pep Hamilton - Offensive Coordinator, and Frank Ross - Special Teams Coordinator.
