Erin Martinez

Erin Martinez has extensive experience in operations support, customer service, and investigative roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Spec Ops Support Services and Retirement Representative at Empower since April 2022, Erin also holds a security position at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Since August 2005, involvement with the Houston Texans as a Guest Relations Supervisor has focused on enhancing fan experiences and managing dispute resolutions. Previous roles include Federal Field Examiner and Veterans Service Representative at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where Erin investigated financial capabilities and adjudicated federal disability claims, as well as Investigator and Family Preservation Specialist at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Additional experience includes roles in accounts receivable management and office administration, as well as military service as an Interrogator/Korean Linguist in the US Army. Erin Martinez holds a degree in Finance/Economics from Thomas College and further education from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
