Walcik Jeremiah

Walcik Jeremiah possesses extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently holding the position of Pilot at Houston Pilots since April 2011. Prior to this role, Walcik served as Assistant Manager of Commercial Operations at Stena Bulk from September 2007 to April 2011, overseeing the maritime transportation of petroleum and chemicals while ensuring cost-effective execution and customer satisfaction. From July 2002 to August 2007, Walcik was Chief Officer at Masters Mates and Pilots, managing stowage and deck operations on Container and Ro-Ro vessels. A brief tenure as Logistics Section Chief at K-Sea Transportation involved managing operations during the DBL-152 capsizing, coordinating with USCG entities. Walcik's maritime career began at El Paso, where duties included serving as 3rd Officer and participating in the Commercial Coordinator Program. Walcik holds a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Transportation from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, earned in 2000.
