Forest Gaines

Forest Gaines, Jr. is a skilled video producer and editor with extensive experience in the sports media industry. Currently serving as a Video Producer/Editor for the Houston Rockets since November 2025, Forest previously held the position of Senior Video Producer/Editor for both the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans from July 2023 to November 2025, overseeing all stages of video production and creating engaging content that enhances fan engagement. Prior to that role, Forest contributed as a Content Associate at ESPN, delivering impactful content for high-profile sports programming, and gained foundational experience as a Video Production Associate with the New Orleans Pelicans and Saints, as well as an Assistant Clerk at the Louisiana Supreme Court. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from St. John's University, Forest has a background that includes internship experiences at WWL-TV and roles in digital media optimization.
