Leilani Borbon Costa

Leilani Borbon Costa is an accomplished event and promotions director with extensive experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Event & Promotions for the Houston Rockets since June 1999, Leilani's responsibilities include planning and executing events, developing ticket sales initiatives generating over $200K, and managing the annual Rockets Run, which sees participation of over 4,000 attendees. Additionally, Leilani holds the position of Production Director for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, overseeing the largest annual Catholic high school conference. Previous roles include marketing and operations at Cinnabon and Nestle Toll House Cafe, where Leilani received the Rookie of the Year award in 2013, as well as a Senior Promotions Coordinator for the Houston Comets and game operations for the Houston Aeros. Leilani earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Texas.
