Jerry Baty

Jerry Baty, JD CPA MBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and financial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Founder, President, and CEO of StitchLock, Inc. since August 2022, Baty also holds positions as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Seraxis and Partner at Newport LLC. Additional roles include Founder of Emerald - This is the Way to Fly, Audit Committee Member at Houston Symphony, and Outside Director - Board Treasurer at Lighthouse For Students. Baty previously led SafeTech-USA as Chief Executive Officer and founded GB Consulting & Strategy Development, where consultation focused on various financial strategies. As Chief Financial Officer at both AxioMed Spine Corporation and Mt. Cook, Baty managed significant financial responsibilities and strategic planning. Baty's educational background includes a Juris Doctor in Corporate Law from South Texas College of Law Houston, an MBA from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Stephen F.
