Michele Caldwell

Michele Caldwell began Houston Web Design and Hosting in 2015. Before that, she served as head of technical operations for a mid-sized digital marketing firm in The Woodlands, TX for 10 years where she built over 400 websites and provided web development, website and email hosting, and ongoing website maintenance. Michele is well known for friendly customer service, taking the time to explain the process and making it enjoyable for clients.

Michele has proven abilities in pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, HTML email through Constant Contact and Mail Chimp, domain registration, DNS issues, and of course website development.

Originally from St. Louis, MO, Michele has been a techie friend to many people in Northwest Houston for almost 20 years. All her adult life, she's been the person her friends and family call for advice or help with all things technical. She takes pride in being a generalist (jack of all trades) and known problem solver and has a knack for figuring out technology, usually without reading a manual.
