Hans Dai

Hans Dai is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and foreign direct investment (FDI). Currently serving as a Foreign Associate at Houthoff since April 2022, Hans previously held the position of Chinese Associate at Loyens & Loeff from March 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, a Legal Trainee at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from July 2018 to January 2019 focused on corporate compliance. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) from The University of Law (2021-2022), a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Amsterdam (2017-2018), and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Southwest University of Political Science and Law (2013-2017).
