Kim Schuurmans

Kim Schuurmans is an experienced attorney-at-law currently specializing in commercial contract law at Houthoff since January 2019. With a focus on advising, negotiating, and litigating on various aspects of commercial contracts, Kim addresses issues related to distribution, franchising, agency, e-commerce, marketing, and financing agreements. Prior to Houthoff, Kim practiced at Marree en Dijxhoorn Advocaten, where legal advice and litigation for businesses and insurers were provided, and held a consultant role in the Legal Division at Robert Walters. Kim's legal career began in 2008 and includes multiple positions at respected law firms. Educationally, Kim holds a Master of Laws (LLM) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Tilburg University, as well as a Postgraduate Specialization in National and International Contracting (cum laude) from Grotius Academie.
