Mattijs Heijerman

Mattijs Heijerman is a seasoned real estate lawyer and deputy civil-law notary at Houthoff, where tenure has spanned from September 2010 to present. Expertise includes advising on legal aspects of commercial real estate transactions, real estate finance, and contract law, while also managing processes in real estate transactions and mentoring junior associates. Previously, Mattijs served as a student legal assistant at Houthoff Buruma and held the position of president for the Dutch Notarial Students Congress. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Dutch notarial law from Utrecht University and completion of the Stichting Beroepsopleiding Notariaat program.
