Pepijn Smits

Pepijn Smits is an Associate at Houthoff, specializing in Real Estate and Public Law since September 2022, providing expertise in administrative law, including decision-making, oversight, enforcement, and environmental law. Previously, Pepijn represented the interests of athletes as a member of the Athletes' Committee for the Koninklijke Nederlandse Zwembond from August 2014 to August 2022, while also achieving notable success as a competitive swimmer, including being a European champion in the 4x 1250m team relay.
