Amanda Jo Deppe

Amanda Jo Deppe serves as the Director of Internal Communications at Houzz since January 2022. Previously, Amanda held various leadership roles at Robert Half from 1999 to 2020, including Vice President of Internal Communications and Community Affairs, where Amanda directed employee communications and CSR and ESG strategy for the company’s extensive global operations. Amanda built a centralized internal communications function and managed teams focused on communications and community relations. Additionally, Amanda developed a philanthropy program that evolved into a strategic global initiative centered around education and employee engagement. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Political Science from the University of San Diego.
