Kari Nolan

Kari Nolan has extensive experience in communications and strategic planning, having served as the Assistant Director of Internal Communications at the University of Minnesota from July 2013 to September 2022, where strategic communications support was provided for the Office of Human Resources. Prior to this, Kari held the position of Assistant Account Executive at Weber Shandwick from September 2010 to August 2012, focusing on client relations, strategy development, and media relations for a B2B client in the leadership development sector. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Community Relations and Events Coordinator at WCCO-TV Minneapolis from March 2005 to September 2010, where community relations activities were led to enhance brand loyalty and support. Kari holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, completed in January 2018, and a Human Resource Generalist Certificate from the same institution in December 2013.
