Ajay Puri is a Board Member at HOVS and has over 25 years of experience in the corporate sector. Ajay has held various positions in companies such as Aircommand group, United Technologies - Carrier, and USHA BRECO LIMITED. Ajay's responsibilities have included global P&L, start-ups, collaborations, public listings, and marketing. Ajay is a believer that "plausible impossibility is better than convincing possibility". Under their leadership, the Aircommand group generated a huge order book prior to launch and the Toyotomi low power first portable air conditioner was a concept innovation that turned on masses. Ajay also played a key role in the success of Condyne energy saver which excited government, media and consumer as a huge energy saving solution in energy starved India.

Ajay Puri has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. Ajay also has a Masters in Power from Punjab Engineering College. Additionally, they have a certification from FranklinCovey in Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and a certification from Expitris Worldwide Sdn Bhd in Competitive Marketing Strategies.
