Bhuvanesh Sharma

Mr. Bhuvanesh Sharma is VP-Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company and holds overall responsibility for legal, compliance, governance, corporate and secretarial and investor relations matters. He had joined in 2005 as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sharma had worked as Company Secretary in the Indian subsidiary of a NASDAQ listed company Selectica. Mr. Sharma took a break in July 2014 and rejoined the Company in January 2015. He has 15 years experience in corporate affairs. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics; a Master's degree in Financial Administration; Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Member of All India Management Association.
