Nina Carriero

Nina Carriero is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Product at HOVER Inc., Nina previously held the role of Director of Product at Pave, successfully leading the development and launch of four new products that significantly contributed to the company's revenue. At Lattice, Nina played a key role in developing a new compensation management product, prioritizing it as a top initiative and effectively bringing it to market. Prior experience at Dropbox included positions as Senior Product Manager, where notable improvements were made in user activation and revenue through product innovations, and as Engineering Operations Lead, enhancing organizational productivity and web accessibility. Nina's career began in education as an AP Physics teacher at Mercedes High School and as a Corps Member with Teach For America. Nina holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology-Physics/Math from Brown University, further complemented by international study at the University of Otago.
