Steve Davidson

Steve Davidson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Steve most recently worked at HOVER Inc. as the Senior Director of Monetization starting in 2023. Before that, they took a sabbatical to partner with their dentist wife in growing their private dental practice at Walnut Creek Dental Studio. While there, they achieved a significant increase in business performance and built a strong local reputation.

Prior to their sabbatical, Steve held various positions at Glassdoor from 2018 to 2022. Steve started as a Technology Analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2007 before transitioning to a Project Manager role at Times Square Alliance. Steve then joined McKinsey & Company, where they worked as an Associate and later became an Engagement Manager. Steve also had an intern role as an MBA Operations Intern at American Express before joining Adobe as a Manager and then a Senior Manager in Business Model Strategy.

Throughout their career, Steve has gained considerable experience in business operations, strategic planning, analysis, and team management.

Steve Davidson began their education in 2003 at the University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a BAS in Computer Science and a BA in Philosophy. Steve completed these degrees in 2007. Later, from 2011 to 2014, Steve attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, earning an MBA with a focus that is unspecified. Additionally, during the same period, they also obtained an MS from the University of Micahgan's School for Environment and Sustainability, specializing in Sustainable Systems.
