Carlos Moreno has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Carlos is currently working as the Senior Director of the Central Quality Control (CQC) laboratory at Hovione since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Quality Validation & Product Lifecycle Manager at Haleon from July 2022 to January 2023. Carlos has also worked at GSK, where they held several roles including Quality Validation & Product Lifecycle Manager from March 2015 to January 2023, AS&T lead for Europe, Middle East & Africa from December 2015 to March 2022, and Analytical Services Manager from March 2015 to November 2015. Before GSK, Carlos worked at Novartis Consumer Health as the Stability/Analytical Manager from March 2013 to March 2015. Carlos started their career at LEF, where they held various positions including Stability Testing Supervisor from 2006 to 2013, Analytical Development Technician from 2005 to 2007, and Quality Control Technician from March 2003 to 2005.
Carlos Moreno attended the European School in Luxembourg from 1986 to 1993. Carlos then studied at the Escola Secundária de Cascais from 1993 to 1998. Carlos later pursued a degree in Engenharia Biotecnológica at the Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa from 1998 to 2003.
