Elisa Lynch is an experienced HSE compliance manager currently working at Hovione since December 2023. Previously, Elisa served as an HSEQ senior consultant and head of organisational learning and performance at K4 Consultancy Ltd, specializing in operational excellence and digital systems implementation across various industries. Elisa has also held roles such as health safety and environmental manager at Cahalane Bros Ltd, safety advisor at BMD & Co Ltd, and health safety and environment officer at Mirvac, where extensive experience in safety management systems, compliance, and educational program development was gained. Elisa holds a Higher Diploma in Safety, Health and Welfare at Work from University College Cork and a Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety from HBA Learning in Brisbane, Australia.
