Bret Hoover

Bret Hoover, CSP, currently serves as the HSE Manager at Milestone Project Services since August 2025, where the focus is on developing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment standards for offshore decommissioning activities. Previous experience includes roles as Regional HSE at Air Liquide, where an incident-free workplace was sustained across multiple facilities, and as Multisite SH&E at Rain Carbon Inc, overseeing compliance with environmental permits. Bret also contributed as an HSE Coach and Consultant for Shell through Safety Management Systems, facilitating safety support initiatives and compliance for drilling projects. Education includes dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.
