Erin Boyer Tetreault is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Hovione, Erin has previously held various leadership roles at International Flavors & Fragrances, including Divisional Strategic Talent Leader and Director of Regional People Services. At Mars, Erin contributed as the Regional Supply Chain Learning and Development Manager and Human Resources Manager, while early career experiences include the role of Executive Team Leader in Human Resources at Target Inc. Erin holds degrees in Fine/Studio Arts from The College of New Jersey and The University of the Arts, completed between 1993 and 2000.
