Jaime D. has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning various roles and responsibilities. Jaime currently holds the position of Senior Director R&D at Hovione, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at LSNE Contract Manufacturing as the Site Head from July 2019 to July 2022. Before that, they were a Site Head at Curia from June 2017 to June 2019 and also served as a Qualified Person and R&D Director at the same company from February 2011 to May 2017. Jamie also worked as an R&D Director at Cyndea Pharma, S.L. from November 2008 to January 2011. Jaime'searlier experience includes roles such as Sterile Plant Production Manager and Quality Assurance Technician at Gadea Grupo Farmacéutico from November 2005 to October 2008, and Production Deputy Manager at Laboratorios Viñas from October 2003 to July 2004. Jaime started their career as a Pharmacist at Retail Pharmacy Lcdo. Chacón in January 2003. Throughout their career, Jaime has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, including R&D, site management, P&L accountability, GMP implementation, and validation.

Jaime D. attended Universidad de Salamanca from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree. In 2002, they also participated in the Erasmus Program for Pharmacy degree at Università degli Studi di Perugia. Then, they pursued a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Science at Universitat de Barcelona from 2002 to 2003. Finally, they completed a Master's degree in Leadership and team management at Escuela de Negocios de la Cámara de Comercio de Valladolid.
