Jeffrey Kratz has extensive experience in engineering and project management roles. Jeffrey is currently the Director of Engineering and Maintenance at Hovione. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. Director of Corporate Engineering at Lannett Company. Jeffrey also held various positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, including Director of Global Engineering Project Management and Associate Director of Corporate Project Management. Before joining Teva Pharmaceuticals, they worked as the Sr. Manager of Corporate Engineering at their site in North Wales, PA. Jeffrey began their career as a Project Engineer at Merck and later served as the Manager of the Engineering Department at US Filter. Jeffrey started their career as a Structural Engineer/Project Manager at FMC Corporation.
Jeffrey Kratz earned an AS in Mechanical Engineering Tech. from Penn State University, where they studied from 1987 to 1989. Jeffrey later pursued a BS in Structural Design & Construction Engineering from Capital College, Pennsylvania State University, completing their studies from 1990 to 1992. Lastly, they earned an MBA from Penn State Great Valley, attending from 1998 to 2001.
