Thomas Leperlier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Thomas began their career at Volkswagen do Brasil as a Supply Chain Management Intern, where they assessed the efficiency of the Just In Time processes between Volkswagen and its vendors. Thomas then joined Arjowiggins Security as a Supply Chain Project Manager, where they worked on logistics and supply chain projects to support and develop the company's activity.
Leperlier later joined Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance as a Logistic Engineer, responsible for creating and animating a network of individuals involved in Order Processing. Thomas then transitioned to Daler-Rowney Limited, where they held various positions, including Plant Manager and US Operations Manager. In these roles, they managed a factory in the Dominican Republic, negotiated transportation contracts, and engineered logistics solutions with key customers.
Most recently, Leperlier worked at Hovione as the Director of Financial Operations and Director of Business Research & Analytics. In these roles, they managed finance, purchasing, IT, and office management for the US entity. Thomas also served as the financial officer, overseeing essential financial functions such as accounts payables, accounts receivables, and cash-flow management.
Thomas Leperlier earned a Master's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Mines Paris from 1999 to 2002. Thomas also attended Lycée Louis-le-Grand from 1997 to 1999, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Later, they obtained a Certificate of Pharmaceutical Management in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Thomas Leperlier obtained certifications in Introduction to Financial Accounting from Wharton Online in 2017 and 6 Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2007.
