Andraea Fernandez Proctor, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Internship & Salesperson at Nordstrom, where they excelled in customer service and directive selling. Andraea also served as an On-Campus Events Coordinator during this time. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they received extensive training in upselling and business-to-business marketing.

In 2012, Andraea joined Hilton Worldwide as a Marketing Experience Coordinator, providing customer service to guests on timeshare marketing packages and promoting vacation ownership opportunities. Andraea held this position until 2013.

From 2013 to 2014, Andraea worked at Hilton Grand Vacations as a Business Management Coordinator, responsible for payroll transactions, commission configurations, and extensive Excel spreadsheets and reports. Andraea then transitioned to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, where they served as the Director of Advertising Finance from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Andraea joined Percona as a Manager, Customer Success, a role they held until 2017. Andraea then worked as an Operations Manager at Boron Capital from 2018 to 2019. During this time, they gained experience in financial operations and managing customer success.

Andraea's entrepreneurial spirit led their to found Hovr in 2019, where they currently serve as the Co-Founder & VP of Partnerships. Additionally, since 2016, they have been the owner of Pretty by Proctor, an online boutique.

Prior to their professional career, Andraea interned as an Office Service Clerk at Southlake Clinics from 2008 to 2012, gaining experience in data entry, fund allocation, and patient communication.
