Martin Schramm

Martin Schramm has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Martin'smost recent position was at how.fm, where they worked as a Product Manager & Agile Coach since March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading the commercial team, including marketing, sales, and customer success. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Worker Training & Content from January to July 2021 and as a Tactical Product Manager from June 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining how.fm, Martin worked at AppSprint as a Facilitator & Teamplayer starting from April 2022. Martin also worked as a Running Coach at Laufschule Düsseldorf from February to December 2020.

Furthermore, Martin has experience in the technology sector, having worked as a Technical Project Manager at trivago from August 2016 to May 2018. Martin also held the position of Product Development Manager at Rheinfabrik from October 2015 to July 2016.

Additionally, Martin worked at BRICKMAKERS GmbH as a Partner & Customer Care from March 2013 to September 2015, and at Ehrhardt + Partner GmbH & Co. KG as a Project Assistant from July 2012 to February 2013. Martin started their career at CompuGroup Medical AG, where they completed their training as an IT-Systemkaufmann from October 2010 to June 2012.

Martin Schramm attended the IU International University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration. Martin'sfield of study included Project Management, Organizational Psychology, and the English language. In addition to their degree, Martin has obtained several certifications. In April 2016, they became a Kanban Management Professional through Kanban University. Martin also holds certifications from Google, including GA for Beginners, Advanced GA, GA for Power Users, Intro to Data Studio, and GTM Fundamentals, which they obtained in April 2023. Furthermore, Martin is a Product Operations Certified | Masters, attained from the Product-Led Alliance in June 2023.
