Nichole Hanscom

Nichole Hanscom has a diverse background in law and administration. Currently working at How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm as Director of Special Projects and Program Manager, Nichole helps law firms improve productivity and profitability through policies and procedures. With previous experience as an Attorney at NRH Law Firm, Founder of Radical Administration, LLC, and Administrative and Operations Counsel at the Public Defenders Office in Tampa, FL, Nichole has a strong foundation in legal operations and administration. Additionally, Nichole has taught Criminal Justice as an Adjunct Professor at Hillsborough Community College. Hanscom holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Stetson University College of Law.
