Terri Larson is an experienced management advisor and fractional CEO, currently working with How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm since October 2023, focusing on assisting solo and small law firm owners in building successful law businesses. Previously, Terri held the position of VP of Product & Segmentation Strategy at Elevations Credit Union, where responsibilities included overseeing product strategy and innovation. As VP of Operations at Motto Mortgage, Terri contributed to franchise growth and development, while prior roles included VP of Retail Banking & Mortgage Services at On Tap Credit Union and President of On Tap Insurance Agency. Education includes a Diploma/Certificate from CUNA Management School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance from the University of Phoenix.
