Kelli Dragovich

Kelli Dragovich is a seasoned coach and advisor, specializing in mid to senior level leadership, with a particular focus on HR leaders and Founder/CEOs. Kelli operates Kelli Dragovich, LLC, providing strategic and tactical coaching while also hosting the HR Heretics Podcast. Currently advising at Pendo.io, Kelli assists the Chief People Officer and C-Suite on HR topics and partners on market positioning. As a former Chief People Officer at Pendo, Kelli hired over 600 employees and significantly improved employee engagement and retention rates. In addition to advisory roles at multiple organizations, including Sapphire Ventures and Ethena, Kelli serves as an adjunct instructor for the People Leader Accelerator program. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Economics from Santa Clara University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University.
