Kris Steen

Kris Steen is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the Life Sciences sector. Currently serving as a Limited Partner at How Women Invest since July 2023, Kris contributes to a women-led venture firm focused on investing in women founders. As a Partner at Stevenson Search Partners since October 2015, Kris has played a key role in building leadership teams for biotech, pharma, and other health-related industries. Additional affiliations include membership in the Athena Alliance, a community aimed at advancing women in leadership, and Chief, a network for women executives. Previous positions include Managing Director at Mediatum U.S., Inc., and Vice President roles at The Higgins Group and Ken Clark International, among others. Kris holds a BS in Marketing from Philadelphia University.
