Paola Casillas

Paola Casillas has a diverse work history. Paola began their career in 2017 at Garage Clothing, where they worked as an Assistant Manager for two years until November 2019. In February 2019, they joined 3C Homes LLC as an Administrative Assistant, and in December of the same year, they transitioned to a new role at How Women Lead, serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. As of December 2021, they hold the position of Operations and Talent Lead at How Women Lead.

Paola Casillas completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication at San Francisco State University in 2020.
