Patricia Cogley

Patricia Cogley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, education, and social impact. Currently serving as a Global Advisor at How Women Lead since January 2025, Patricia provides strategic guidance to executive leaders in the Women Who Lead the World cohort. Previously, as Deputy Director of Strategic Innovation at Raising a Reader from January 2022 to December 2024, Patricia led initiatives focused on early literacy and revamped a family-oriented literacy app. In 2021, Patricia offered coaching services as an Education Consultant and Women's Leadership Coach. Other notable roles include Director of Girls' Voices at GreaterGood.org, where Patricia developed a global filmmaking initiative for girls, and Senior Program Manager at Adobe Foundation. Patricia holds a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Wesleyan University and a Master’s degree in International Education from the University of San Francisco.
