Qianna Regan MSN, RN-BC has extensive experience in healthcare leadership and quality improvement. Qianna served as the Director of Quality Improvement at Howard Brown Health, where they developed and implemented quality improvement programs. Prior to that, they held roles at Chicago Family Health Center, including Quality Consultant, Director of Quality, and Clinical Educator. Qianna also worked as a Home Health Nurse at Aveanna Healthcare and as a Medical Management Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Earlier in their career, they held various nursing roles at The Alden Network and Kenwood Healthcare.
Qianna Regan completed their education starting with a Diploma in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training from Chicago Vocational Career Academy in 2005. Qianna then earned an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from City Colleges of Chicago-Malcolm X College in 2016. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, graduating in 2019. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Informatics from Western Governors University in 2021. Additionally, Qianna holds certifications in PCMH CCE, Informatics Nursing (RN-BC), and Registered Nursing obtained in different years as per the specified institutions.
