Andrew Lee is an experienced senior project manager with a robust background in managing construction projects across various sectors, including affordable housing, hospitality, and creative office spaces. Currently at Howard CDM since May 2018, Andrew supervises a team of project managers, focusing on the construction of modular buildings and tenant improvements, while providing crucial pre-construction financial insights. Previous roles include project management positions at Swinerton and Shangri-La Construction, where Andrew led tenant improvement projects and ensured project profitability through effective budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients and subcontractors.
