Clarence Dickerson, III, P.E., is an experienced transportation professional currently serving as the Transportation Administrator for Howard County Government since April 2023. Prior to this role, Clarence held the position of Director of Traffic Engineering at EXP from October 2021 to May 2023 and served as Deputy Associate Director at the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) from December 2018 to October 2021.
