Kasi Cox McCormick

Kasi Cox McCormick, DM, is an accomplished executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and Integration at Howard Energy Partners since May 2024. Prior to this role, Kasi held various leadership positions at the United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County from January 2009 to April 2024, including Vice President of Individual Giving and Major Gifts, Major Gifts Officer, and Vice President of Grants. Additionally, Kasi was involved with Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership, from June 2022 to July 2023. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Science in Sociology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
